Toptech is delighted to announce the appointment of Bernard Williams, Director of Professional Services. In this capacity, Bernard will lead the functional operations for business consulting services, project management and customer service and support. With twenty years of progressive leadership experience, Mr. Williams will set the tone for an expansion of the Professional Services organization. In addition, Toptech is pleased to announce the promotion of Paul Newman to the role of Technical Services Supervisor reporting directly to Bernard Williams. In his new capacity, Paul assumes a leadership position in Toptech’s customer service department. During his 6 year tenure with Toptech, Paul has developed an intricate knowledge of Toptech products and has demonstrated a strong focus on customer service and satisfaction.
