Toptech’s Load2Day was created for 3rd party and equity terminals to increase efficiencies and provide unprecedented features to their customers. Load2Day reduces the cycle time to onboard new customers and dramatically improves relationship and data management between suppliers and their customers with these 4 major benefits: faster customer onboarding, improved customer service, customer empowerment, reduction of manual processes.
Self-Service Data Maintenance
Through Load2Day’s self-service data maintenance model, the time from customer agreement signing to the time of first truck load is reduced to only 2 days. This is done simply by allowing the supplier, customer, and carrier to each enter in their own data, including driver vehicle records, which is automatically downloaded into TMS6 or emailed if the terminal is using a 3rd party TAS. Parties are also able to access important data such as BOL images and transaction information. Ultimately, this change in process improves customer service, reduces mistakes, eliminates double work, and increases efficiency.
The configurable notifications allow proactive communications to the customer and carrier to inform them of important events such as warnings, lockouts, and anything else that might prevent them from loading.
The terminal availability view allows the customer and carrier to view the status of each facility before the truck arrives. This means the carrier is easily able to see which facilities currently have the shortest wait times and decide to send trucks to those first. 24-hour wait times can also be viewed. Similarly, the customer and carrier are able to view planned outage dates, thus eliminating the frustration of arriving and being unable to load. Toptech has configured this feature so that the supplier has full control of what the customer is able to view.
The document repository helps provide the customer and carrier with top notch customer service. This feature attaches all certifications and agreements regarding a customer to their master data record. With all the customers’ relevant loading documents at hand, quickly supporting them is easier than ever before. The document repository currently stores 5 years worth of documents and is viewable only by approved parties.
