The 2013 Toptech Systems User Conference Rocked!
Rock Star Customers – Rock Star Products
Toptech recently hosted their customers in Orlando, Florida for the 2013 User Conference. In attendance were over 60 customers hailing from more than 20 companies. It proved to be 3 jam-packed days of fun and mutual learning at the Orlando Hard Rock Hotel. This year’s focus was on innovation and attendees got a chance to preview both recently released products as well as some exciting solutions to be launched in the very near future.
October 16th was spent either golfing or deep sea fishing. These events serve as a great opportunity for attendees to get to know each other and meet with the Toptech employees in a more casual setting.
The next day kicked off at the Hard Rock with a performance from the Toptech band, Through the Wall. The band features Steve Wert (Director of Software Technology) on guitar, John Ardito (Manager of Global Accounts) on drums, Andy Tatham (Business Analyst) on bass, and Randy Gillis (Manager of Quality and Continuous Improvement) as lead singer. It was a great way to set the tone for the lectures and breakout sessions.
The lectures and breakouts on October 17th and 18th were educational and led to great interaction. Toptech shared their areas of focus for the next 3 years: Innovation, customer experience, talent development, and global expansion. They also gave a sneak peak of one of their upcoming products, Business Intelligence, and launched their newest product, CTi, Customer Terminal interface. In addition, they took the opportunity to communicate the various enhancements and updates for current products like MultiLoad II, PETROnow, UAP, and TMS6.
The 2013 Toptech Systems User Conference was certainly an event to remember! Toptech is grateful for the many companies that participated and ultimately made the event so successful. Stay tuned to learn the 2014 conference dates.
