Several years ago, Toptech released the TopHAT platform designed to provide customers with a centralized multi-terminal host system. This platform streamlines the management and administration of customers’ terminal environments.
Most recently, Toptech has introduced a hosted service called the TopHAT Web Server. This solution is hosted in Toptech’s hardened data center and provides TopHAT customers with the ability to offer secured TopHAT access to third-party stockholders. Via the secured portal, third-party stockholders have the ability to manage their business relationships, access transactional data and view reports specific to operations. While the TopHAT owner has full control to customize their remote stockholders’ access privileges, some of the more common data elements that can be made available are:
