The rules of the game have been changed by the recent partnership between the Liquid Controls Group and Krohne. The goal is simple, provide customers the most integrated preset and meter package on the planet.
Towards this end, Toptech has enhanced the MultiLoad II product line to provide a direct, serial interface to the Krohne OPTIMASS series of meters. The result is an integrated package that eliminates the need for costly pulse converters and discrete meter communication lines. The direct interface to the OPTIMASS not only reduces the cost and complexity of traditional meter/preset integration, there are a number of key benefits, such as:
- Enhanced Meter Setup Screen and Parameters in MultiLoad II
- Reduce On-site Meter Calibration
- Direct Temperature Information for Non-custody Transfer Applications
- Multi-dropped Meter Communications
- Reduced I/O Requirements of the Preset
This integrated package will be available in January, 2011 and can be sourced from all units of the Liquid Controls Group, including Toptech Systems.
