Toptech Systems Names New Director of Professional Services

February 21, 2012 – Longwood, Florida – Toptech Systems announced today the appointment of Joseph Smith as Director of Professional Services. Mr. Smith will head up the Customer Operations organization, overseeing the design, development, management, implementation and service support for all custom and standard professional service projects. He comes to Toptech Systems with 30 years of software development experience. Previously, Mr. Smith was a senior program manager at Convergys, managing a global project delivery initiative and directing resources around the world. Over the past decade Mr. Smith has successfully delivered solutions to large scale customers, and is known for his drive for perfection and his laser focus on customer satisfaction. Prior to Convergys, he spent 10 years in various software development positions within Toptech Systems.  Mr. Smith holds an electronics engineering degree from the University of Central Florida. “We are extremely excited about having Joe lead our Professional Services organization.  His combination of previous development experience at Toptech Systems and success at delivering large scale global projects to customers is the match we were seeking for this role, “said Toptech Systems Vice President and General Manager Brad Williams.
