The Manager, Software Quality is responsible for ensuring the overall quality of all Toptech software including product and project specific software. Quality is defined as meeting documented requirements. This position is also responsible for establishing and ensuring compliance to all software quality systems, tools and processes that are utilized in the execution of this position.

Design and develop web applications for a SaaS solution using C# (ASP.net) and JQuery. The resulting solution must conform to the documented specification and test cases.

Provide customer technical service to clients spanning multiple Toptech products integrated into a single system configuration. Perform system hardware and software support on a project basis, plus manage customer service needs through routine system maintenance.
