Toptech is pleased to announce shipments of our full-range of TWIC products will be available in Q4 2009. Many Toptech customers are eager to implement TWIC compliant registration and access control at facilities in advance of the final reader rule. This early adoption will allow customers to familiarize and train both operators and drivers on new access control requirements that will be imposed by TWIC regulations.
