TDS (Toptech Data Services) is a suite of hosted services that provide a comprehensive centralized solution for lifting controls (i.e. product allocations and credit management), electronic transaction processing, stock & inventory management, terminal data delivery & consolidation and hosted terminal automation for Outside Supply Point (OSP) and equity facilities.
Problem
Often, terminal customers complain about inaccurate invoicing that is slow to arrive. Additionally, suppliers want 24/7 access to monitor their inventory at 3rd party terminals and analyze and control allocations.
Solution
TDS provides critical BOL data from OSP and equity terminals within minutes of load completion for reduced manual data entry and more timely, accurate billing. Suppliers and operators can modify allocated products and quantities until the moment loading begins, while customers can use TDS to view their allocations. Through TDS, suppliers can also perform credit authorizations, view and analyze historical lifting data, as well as model, adjust and create future allocation limits based on system recommendations.
