We’re excited to announce the release of TMS7 version 7.7. The release features enterprise single sign-on, enhanced security and more efficient ways for terminals to manage products, communication, and loading activities. Let’s take a closer look.
TMS7 version 7.7 highlights:
Enterprise Single Sign-On (SSO):
TMS7 7.7 introduces full SSO support using Microsoft SSO and Google SSO, allowing users to log in with their existing corporate credentials instead of separate TMS passwords. This gives IT teams centralized control over access and security while delivering a smoother login experience for operators.
Enhanced Audit logs
Filter logs by table data, user, or database operations, and take advantage of the new export features to generate and download CSV files of your audit logs.
Monthly Reconciliation Journal
Export large data sets (up to 100,000 rows) to CSV, with improved sorting and filtering by table, user, or database operations. This helps high volume sites analyze discrepancies more efficiently.
New ways to manage products, terminal communication, and loading activities:
- Cloud Point Schedule - manage product cloud points based on time of the year and seasonal zones to ensure products are shipped to maintain their high quality.
- Audit Inclusions - set field-level audit rules for more control over what data you want to audit.
- ATG/VTG Error Maintenance - keep your terminal running smoothly by easily configuring and monitoring automatic gauging errors using the enhanced Automatic and Virtual Tank Gauging functionality.
- Terminal Load Staging - create and authorize Orders based on Locations.
More flexible Transmix Pumpback in the Product Quality Monitor (PQM) module
Originally, every Out-of-Specification (OOS) reversal was forced back into the original tank. But TMS 7.7 removes that restriction. A correction no longer forces a Cancel/Rebill of OOS batches back to the original Tank. We’ve expanded configuration options around Transmix Pumpback, replacing the simple Yes/No toggle with:
- Legacy Pump Back - Pumpback to the tank that operations actually used.
- Transmix Pump Back - Pump back will only reverse PQM batches to a single Transmix tank.
- Custom Transmix Pumpback - uses a configurable tank list, giving terminals more control over where Transmix volumes are routed and how corrections are handled.
Richer reports & improved usability
Check out Toptech’s new reports available in Preview mode and designed to help commercial and operations interpret key trends and data at a glance.
Transaction Viewer
Enhanced features for order corrections, shipping, diversions, and reassignments. This also includes enhanced filters and support for region specific number formats.
Hardened platform, APIs, and admin tools
Under the hood, version 7.7 features security and platform upgrades driven by 2025 penetration testing, modernized document management, improved data integrity and maintenance tooling, and continued evolution of our Open API for integrations.
Version 7.7 rolls out some big new features, including enterprise SSO, enhanced security, as well as more efficient ways for terminals to manage products, communication, and loading activities.
