TMS Version 7.6.2 release improves efficiencies at your terminal

Toptech Systems is excited to announce the latest release of its TMS7 terminal management system, with version 7.6.2. This incremental release includes enhancements that reinforce Toptech’s continued commitment to helping terminals run more efficiently.
- Enhanced Document Builder. TMS7 includes the ability for users to easily create and edit a BOL, using drag and drop functionality. Part of the latest release includes enlarging the view mode, so that users can more easily edit Tag Content in the Boxes area, Custom Boxes in the Conditions area, and Conditions in the Backdrops area.
- Uninterrupted driver loading during meter tank changes. Drivers no longer have to wait, which decreases load time. Additionally, the 'Change Active Tank' screen now allows immediate restart of affected bays after their drains complete, rather than drivers having to wait for all bays to finish draining, first.
- Tank Gauge Entry screen enhancement. This enhancement allows users to save their entries without closing the screen each time, which also allows them to confirm their entries, helping to prevent data entry errors.
- Custom Toptech API Data broker. Are you trapped with middleware that is holding your SAP or ERP data hostage? As part of this release, Toptech completed a custom API to replace a customer’s complex middleware system. This story deserves a post of its own, so be on the lookout for more details on how Toptech was able to liberate that customer’s data!
While version 7.6.2 is a modest incremental update, it does continue in the tradition of continual improvement and making terminal operations more efficient, reliable and secure.
